To cut or not to cut: that is the question. It seems like the regional office of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) is facing the Shakespearean dilemma over how to handle the word "Musalman" in a film's dialogue. Barely a month after issuing a showcause notice to mute the word "Musalman" from a film, it has allowed the same word to go uncut for an A-rated Bengali film.
