The fourth edition of the Arthouse Asia Film Festival (AAFF) kick-started on January 5 at the Basusree cinema hall in Kolkata. Jisshu shooting for his second Telugu film ‘Ashwathama’
Jisshu Sengupta had made his Telugu debut with the biopic of Telugu superstar NTR. Now, the Tolly hunk has yet another south film in the pipeline and it’s again a Telugu film ‘Aswathama’ where Jisshu will be sharing the screen with Naga Shourya. Directed by Ramana Teja, it’s a complete action entertainer. The news broke out when Jisshu shared a shooting still from the sets of ‘Aswathama’ in Vizag.

Three years after ‘Bela Seshe’ became a runaway hit at the Bengali box office, director duo Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy are coming up with yet another love story-family drama ‘Bela Shuru’. Windows had initially planned to release the highly-anticipated family drama during Durga Puja last year but later it was postponed. Now, Nandita-Shiboprosad has confirmed ‘Bela Shuru’ will release in May this year.

Tollywood’s most popular pair reuniting for two films
Abir Chatterjee and Sohini Sarkar, the superhit pair of Byomkesh and Satyabati, are coming together yet again and it’s not just one film but two exciting projects. One is Indraadip Dasgupta’s second directorial ‘Agantuk’ and the other one is a yet to be titled family drama which will be directed by Pavel. Shooting part of ‘Agantuk’ has already been wrapped up. Pavel's film is expected to go on the floors from April.
