The much-awaited trailer of Abhimanyu Mukherjee’s next ‘Hullor’, a comedy caper, is out now and it promises to be a laugh riot. The comedy flick stars Soham Chakraborty, Om, Srabanti Chatterjee and Darshana Banik in the lead.

Tapan Sinha was one of those filmmakers for whom commercial success and critical acclaim came hand in hand and his demise on January 15, 2009, marked an end to a glorious chapter of Indian cinema. The coming-of-the-age romantic flick has locked its release date. Pratim’s film will hit the theatres on February 14 celebrating Valentine’s Day.

Rima's film tells the story of Malti and Ramen. Malti is an earnest shop owner, whereas Raman is a flamboyant tempo driver and they bridge the quaint Assam neighborhood to the outside world. What will happen when a comfortable arrangement gets disrupted? Will they still hold their hands?

This year the films have been categorized into two divisions. The first category will screen films for all age groups and the second category will have films for children of 14 years and a higher age group. It starts on January 19 and will run for eight days. ‘Hamid’, which won the best Urdu film award at the 66th National Film Award, will be the inaugural film this year.

Anuradha Mukherjee who will soon start shooting for Indrasis Acharya’s ‘Maya Bhoy’ has recently completed the shoot of a Hindi feature film. Titled ‘Book of Azrael’, it’s a horror-thriller being directed by Rituparna Das Datta. It’s a story of a family distressed by a spirit.
